The Buying Process involves:
1. Asking Questions - In order to best serve you, I need to understand your needs and motivations and your financial position. You DO want a Realtor who can best represent YOU, don't you? As an old school teacher, I firmly believe in educating my clients. I will set you to receive automatic emails for properties meeting your general criteria. You may not like each house, but we are building market knowledge. A good grasp of what your money will buy here will help you make a wise decision at sales time.
2. Selecting Homes - By viewing homes on the internet, we can see both exterior and interior photographs as well as all pertinent data without traipsing all over the county.
3. Looking at a Few Homes - We can then actually go out and see the homes we have preselected as best meeting your needs.
4. Estimating Costs - This is one of the biggest financial decisions of your life. We need to ensure you understand what the costs will be and that they fit into your budget. It is no fun to be house poor.
5. Explaining the Forms - And there are a bunch of them! These forms were written by attorneys to be relatively understandable. I am here to guide you through
them. :)
6. Negotiating the Sale - As an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), I can provide you with both data and insight which will help us negotiate the best price and the best time frame for you.
7. My Commitment to You - Just ask my husband - he is certain I work for 17 cents an hour!!
After all is said and done and you are happily settled in your new home, I will be around to wish you well and later help you with any of your Real Estate Needs.
